Terms & Conditions

By using our services you agree to these terms. We provide laundry, ironing, dry cleaning and related garment care as described on this website.

Garments are handled with care and cleaned using methods we consider appropriate for the fabric and construction of each item.

Some garments arrive with existing wear, weakened fibres, loose embellishments or colour instability. Such conditions may become more visible after cleaning.

We make reasonable efforts to treat stains. Complete removal cannot be assured, particularly for older, set or previously treated stains.

Delicate, embellished and hand-crafted items are cleaned at the customer's request, with additional care but at the owner's risk where the fabric or trim is fragile.

Standard delivery is 48 hours from pickup. Times may vary with volume, fabric type, finishing requirements or express requests confirmed on WhatsApp.

Prices listed on this website are indicative and may vary depending on fabric, size, condition and the care required.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you.

Please check pockets and remove valuables before handing over garments, and inform us of any specific care instructions or existing damage.

In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused by us, we will work with you towards a fair resolution. Claims should be raised promptly after collection.

Requests may be cancelled or amended before processing begins. Once cleaning has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Our liability is limited to the service provided for the garment concerned. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects.

These terms may be revised from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
